Right of withdrawal

1. Introduction

This section describes the right of withdrawal available to consumers who purchase products on Bricovex.com, in accordance with applicable European consumer protection laws.

The right of withdrawal allows customers to cancel a purchase within a specified period without providing any reason.

2. Withdrawal period

Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the date on which they or a third party designated by them (other than the carrier) receives the goods.

3. Exercising the right of withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify the seller of their decision by sending a clear statement via email to:

  • order number
  • customer name
  • product(s) to be returned
  • statement of withdrawal

4. Effects of withdrawal

If the withdrawal is valid:

  • the contract will be terminated
  • the seller will reimburse all payments received from the customer, excluding any additional costs resulting from delivery choices other than standard delivery

5. Return of goods

Customers must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date they communicated their withdrawal.

The deadline is met if the goods are sent before the 14-day period expires.

6. Condition of returned goods

Returned goods must:

  • be unused
  • be in original condition
  • include original packaging
  • include all accessories

The customer is responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.

7. Return shipping costs

Unless otherwise required by law:

  • the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

The seller may provide instructions for the return process.

8. Refunds

Refunds will be issued:

  • using the same payment method used for the purchase
  • within a reasonable timeframe after receiving and inspecting the returned goods

The seller may withhold the refund until the goods are received or proof of return is provided.

9. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • goods made to the customer’s specifications
  • sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery
  • goods that are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items
  • digital content once the download or use has begun

10. Partial refunds

If returned goods are:

  • damaged
  • incomplete
  • used beyond reasonable inspection

the seller may issue a partial refund reflecting the reduced value.

11. Late or missing refunds

If a refund has not been received:

  • check your bank account
  • contact your payment provider
  • allow processing time
